Origin Cranes team, I write in appreciation of the professional friendly cooperation H&L Constructions experienced with Jordan your rigger and the whole Origin crane crew, on Friday 23-01-2026 at the Integral, St Andrews school site. Please pass our appreciation on to your management and the front-line workers. On site on the day, the task had various challenges. I was on site for the morning toolbox prestart meeting, as was the Integral Project Manager and their Safety manager, who where keen to see that the unloading was safe and compliant in alignment with the National Heavey Vehicle, Chain Of Responsibility requirements. It takes good cooperation by all involved parties to maintain the COR duty that we all hold, under the overlapping regulations. I approached Jordan, raising the challenge of him safely accessing the packs on the fully loaded truck to slinging packs. He graciously considered my perspective and input and then efficiently set up a static line, harness, and retractor real system as we had discussed. The Origin and H&L workers were positive, prompt, and professional in the whole day of lifting, safely getting the job done on time. The Integral management were, quick to observe and acknowledge the professional performance of the whole crew, for which they are very grateful. The Site Manager at Saint Andrews, has a very good relationship with the client and Integral value this and good contractor performance very highly. Thanks again to all involved for being realistic, practical, and positive, because it allowed us all to dovetail many demanding details together and get good results by every measure. Keep Smiling!

The team at Origin Canes are outstanding! We recently had an accident occur where our fiberglass boat came off the boat trailer, and became stuck on the boat ramp. The Origin Cranes team answered my panicked call on the Saturday morning, putting me at ease. Within the hour the team were onsite at the busy boat ramp, where they safely lifted our boat and placed it back in the water. They were incredibly careful and made sure they didn’t cause any further damage to our prized boat. They even stuck around after the operation to ensure we were alright after the ordeal. From first contact to job done the guys were helpful, professional, and competent. Mitch, Aaron, Andy and Jordi provided excellent service to book, site inspect and execute lifting a number of large, heavy furniture items up into our new home. A small and relatively tight space was expertly manoeuvred, and they made light work of an otherwise difficult task we couldn’t have done by hand - no doubt from their skill at the big projects! I really appreciated also they explained their cost and the logistics, in full, up front, so there were no surprises - a massive benefit for someone not familiar with hiring a crane every day of the week. Great team full of optimists. Had a tricky lift with powerlines and difficult access.. other crane company’s came out and said it was impossible and we hand loaded 50% of the Reno up 3 stories due to their judgement. These fellas came in and made it all happen no fuss and made our job 100 times easier for the second half of the job.
